Building Approval (PBG)
Building Approval, or PBG for short, is a permit issued by the government to the owner of a building or his representative to start construction, renovate, maintain or change the building according to what is planned.

MANAGEMENT TERMS
There are several requirements that must be completed for managing PBG and SLF
1. Applicant/Director's KTP (if in the name of a business entity)
2. Certificate of Ownership
3. Deed of Establishment and deed along with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree of establishment until amendments
4. Personal Npwp and company Npwp (if in the name of a business)
5. Latest Building Land Tax
6. Lease Letter (if the land used is not privately owned but is rented)
7. Power of Attorney in the Name (if the SHM is still a family member registered with a notary but Warmeking)
8. NB: For Non-Business Functions and Business Functions, you must attach an SLO (certificate of operational worthiness) from PLN

8. Lease Letter (if the land used is not owned by a private person/business entity but is rented)
9. Power of attorney in the name of the director (business entity) from the owner to the power of attorney for building use rights
10. NB: For Non-Business Functions and Business Functions, you must attach an SLO (certificate of operational worthiness) from PLN
